These are additional terms and conditions to apply to the general conditions otherwise stated:

• The registration for the trip can be made via telephone, fax or e-mail.
• Your reservation becomes legally binding once the registration fee of 40% is paid within 10 days from the time you have received your booking confirmation.
• The remaining amount, which is stated on the booking confirmation, shall be paid no later than 90 days before the trip.In the event the booking is made at shorter residual than 90 days prior to the start date, the full price paid in full within 10 days of notification.
• A cancellation repaid the tour by 60% if cancellation is made earlier than 90 days before departure and by 25% earlier than 30 days before departure.
• A later cancelation will result in no refund, however, if the client chooses themselves to transfer to another participant. Please note that any booked flight ticket not be booked on by us or by you the client is not the responsibility of BFD Travel & Event.
• The sudden closures of local or national authorities or by other arrangement will be repaid but half the entry fee.
• Force Majeure (Act Of God)- Applies to external events that BFD Travel & Event cannot predict or influence, such as extremely hard or cold weather, transportation strikes, natural disasters, terrorist incident or other causes. Additional costs due to the above events will be paid by the client. BFD Travel & Event assumes absolutely no financial responsibility for these events arising during the point of Force Majeure. National rules for Salmon fishing in Norwegian waters:


 
Fish Safe:
In order to fish for salmon and sea trout in Norwegian waters you have to at acquire a “Fish Safe” licence which is Norwegian State's national fish evidence. This licence can be resolved on Norwegian entry or on the internet website www.inatur.no
BFD Travel & Events can also provide assistance if requested by the client.

The disinfecting of equipment:
In order to fish in Norwegian waters, you are forced to disinfect all your equipment to counter the spread of diseases and parasites into the watercourse. This can be implemented in most locations watercourses. BFD Travel & Event also provides disinfection of statutory damages in connection with the accommodation at the fishing grounds in their packages. All other provisions relating to salmon fishing can vary locally and will therefore be need to be visualized in the notification to a specific package.

Insurance:
All travellers are responsible for their own personal insurance. Generally, the customer is responsible to cover expenses in case of illness or hospitalization, during the entire trip. We recommended that a travel insurance policy taken out, which would cover expenses in case of accident or loss of life, treatment of illness, repatriation, and damaged or lost luggage.



Other important information:

BFD will collect the client at the designated spot and arrange the delivery and transfer to your accommodation if it is included in the tour price or purchased at additional cost. The different packages differ because of the content depending on which package the guest wishes. The ability to select for dinner, additional activities and cleaning etc. are, of course.

If you wish to have dates other than those that are posted on the web for your group, we of course can look into making this process work for you if applicable please email for a quote. A Minimum six people per group more would put pressure on the prices to apply; otherwise the price is adjusted to cover the all fixed costs. The price is always checked with the originator of the trip beforehand. During our travels photograph and filming our activities will be used for marketing purposes. We do reserve the right to publish on our behalf captured images without informing all guests separately. The booking confirmation will indicate whether it is explicitly opposed to participate in the publication of images in marketing objective for BFD Travel & Event. No compensation will be paid for participation in these pictures. However you may own images that may be of interest to us, in this the opportunity to sell rights to them directly to BFD Travel & Event and would only publish with client consent.
