The Registration for the trips can be made via telephone, fax or e-mail.
Your reservation becomes legally binding once the registration fee is paid, within 10 days from the time after you have received your booking confirmation.
The remaining amount, which is stated on the booking confirmation, shall be paid within 20 days prior to travel.
A cancellation repaid the tour by 60% if cancellation occurs before 30 days before departure and by 25% earlier than 15 days before departure.
A cancellation at a later date, no refund will be given, however, if you can transfer the tour to another driver, provided that he / she has the same scooter used by the rest of the group. But please do not that the same ticket may not be booked through by us at BFD Travel and event or by youand in such cases the new client has sole responsibility not  BFD Travel and event.
Force Majeure (Act of God) applies to external events that BFD Travel & Event cannot predict or influence, such as extremely hard or cold weather, sudden lack of snow, transportation strikes, natural disasters, terrorist incident or other causes. Additional costs due to the above events, paid by the client. BFD Travel & Events assumes no financial responsibility for events arising during the point of Force Majeure. The rules for snowmobiling in Sweden:
In order to drive a snowmobile on our tours we require that you have a valid driving license for car or motorcycle in your own respective country. We only offer guided tours with varying degrees of difficulty and length depending on the group's driving skills. It is forbidden to drive a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The limit for drunken driving is of zero tolerance here in Sweden. When driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs your insurance will be null and void and will result in a jail sentence. The Right-hand must be adhered to at all times and the driver must give way to all other traffic considered to be on marked trails. Driving is prohibited in places where the marker is in existence. Insurance:
All travellers are responsible for their own personal insurance. Generally, the client is fully responsible to cover expenses in case of illness or hospitalization, etc., during the trip. It is therefore recommended that a travel insurance policy taken out, which will cover expenses in case of accident or loss of life, treatment of illness, repatriation, and damaged or lost luggage.
BFD Travel & Events ensures that our all partners have the necessary licenses and that the insurances are up to date when renting out a snowmobile. These snowmobile are registered for rental and fully insured to include motor insurance that covers injuries to drivers, passengers and third parties.
Please do be aware of all the different levels of deductibles, depending on whether it is personal or material damage to the snowmobile.  Â
Deductible for personal injury is 2000 SEK / person.
Excess of scooter injuries is 15,000 per snowmobile.
In case of any damage, a damage report will need to be completed and certified by guest before departure. Any deductibles shall be access before the guest’s departure. The material damage to a snowmobile repairs paid in excess after the nature of the injury.
Other important information for security to be guaranteed during the tour

The guide's rules and instructions are followed to the letter of the law for the duration of the trip and to be completely adhered to by the snowmobile tour by all participants. The guide is entitled to determine whether the guest cannot continue the tour if under the influence of alcohol or drug use this will be without the possibility of financial compensation for lost / truncated snowmobile or additional costs for alternative transport back to the starting point for the tour.
Helmet and thermal clothing for the tour is self-evident that we provide and are included in the price. In addition, we also recommend that the participant always have with layer 1 to 2 layers of extra clothing, including gloves and goggles, as the weather situation can change rapidly during the trip.
BFD will collect the client at the designated spot and arrange the delivery and transfer to your accommodation where a common meal and a full review of the journey you are about to undertake. In our different packages it shall differ because the content depending and on which package the guest requires. The ability to select dinners, additional activities and cleaning etc. are of course at additional costs.
If you wish to have dates other than those that are posted on the web for your group, we of course can look into making this process work for you if applicable please email for a quote. A Minimum eight people per group more would put pressure on the prices to apply; otherwise the price is adjusted to cover the all fixed costs. The price is always checked with the originator of the trip beforehand. During our travels photograph and filming our activities will be used for marketing purposes. We do reserve the right to publish on our behalf captured images without informing all guests separately. The booking confirmation will indicate whether it is explicitly opposed to participate in the publication of images in marketing objective for BFD Travel & Event. No compensation will be paid for participation in these pictures. However you may own images that may be of interest to us, in this the opportunity to sell rights to them directly to BFD Travel & Event and would only publish with client consent.
